Pablo Navarro, hailing from Miami, allegedly tampered with the fuel dispenser at a 7/11 located on County Drive. This illicit activity involved meddling with specific components inside the fuel dispenser, which ultimately affected the pulsar responsible for calculating the amount of fuel dispensed and its corresponding cost. The investigation also uncovered that Navarro was possibly connected to six other thefts that occurred at the same gas station.
