Leading Florida Hospital Ordered to Pay $210M in Medical Kidnapping Case

A highly publicized medical kidnapping case in Florida has come to a close with a significant verdict against Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital—highlighting the dark underbelly of child trafficking and exposing the sinister activities within the medical system. The case gained nationwide attention after it was featured in the Netflix film Take Care of Maya.

The Kowalski family, who suffered immense loss and tragedy during the time their daughter Maya was medically kidnapped by the hospital, has been awarded more than $210 million by a Sarasota County jury. The heartbreaking story took an even more devastating turn when Maya’s mother, Beata Kowalski, tragically took her own life after being denied access to her daughter for nearly 90 days.

The unanimous decision by the jury held Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital liable for the events leading up to Beata Kowalski’s death in January 2017. The hospital has been ordered to pay the Kowalski family the substantial sum for the immense losses they endured. Additionally, punitive damages were assessed against the hospital, further increasing the total amount awarded to the Kowalski family. It is worth noting that the hospital’s decision to go to trial instead of settling out of court has raised questions about their judgment, considering the negative publicity surrounding the case.

This case has shed light on the Satanic evil activities within the medical system and child trafficking like no other film or investigation has done before. The timing of the release of Take Care of Maya coincided with the premiere of the fictional movie Sound of Freedom, which captivated the nation’s attention. However, Sound of Freedom didn’t explicitly name the child traffickers or expose their sources of funding, leading some to believe that the film may have been funded by these very individuals and organizations involved in child trafficking.

Other recent court cases have also brought child trafficking and abuse to the forefront. In Iowa, the state has agreed to pay $10 million to the siblings of a 16-year-old girl who died of starvation after being forced to fight her siblings for food in her adoptive home. The settlement was approved after years of legal proceedings, with the siblings initially seeking $50 million each but ultimately agreeing to $5 million each.

Another landmark settlement involves Washington State, which has agreed to pay $16.95 million to 12 boys who were sexually and physically abused at the J Bar D Boys Ranch. The victims, who were between the ages of 10 and 15, were subjected to unimaginable abuse while under the custody of the state.

In addition to these cases, ongoing litigation highlights the urgent need for accountability and justice. Olivia Atkocaitis, who alleges she was imprisoned and abused by her adoptive parents, is suing the state, New Boston police, and others for failing to protect her. In a recent court hearing, her adoptive parents called in from Georgia, where they currently reside, to defend themselves against these accusations.

These cases serve as a stark reminder that vulnerable children are being subjected to unimaginable horrors within the shadows of society. It is crucial for the legal system to ensure that those responsible are held accountable and that measures are put in place to prevent further instances of child trafficking and abuse.

As the public becomes increasingly aware of these heinous crimes, it is a collective responsibility to protect the most vulnerable members of our society. The verdict against Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital serves as a powerful reminder that the battle against medical kidnapping and child trafficking is far from over.
