Florida Gators to Hold Open Practice and Exclusive Autograph Signing
The Florida football team is gearing up for an exciting season, and fans will have the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at their favorite players in action. The Gators will be hosting an open practice on Saturday, Aug. 5, at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, and best of all, admission is free to the general public.
The doors of the stadium will open at 2 p.m. EDT, with Gates 1 and 6 allowing fans to start filling the stands. The practice will run from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT, giving attendees plenty of time to witness the team’s skills and strategies up close. It’s an event that no die-hard Gators fan would want to miss.
During the open practice, select concession stands will be open, offering a variety of snacks and drinks for purchase. If you’re looking to grab some official Gators merchandise, the Gators Sportshop near Gate 9 will also be open. Additionally, restrooms will be available throughout the main concourse for attendees’ convenience.
But that’s not all. For members of Florida Victorious, a proud NIL partner of the Florida Gators, there will be an exclusive autograph signing session following the open practice. Fans will have the special opportunity to meet head coach Billy Napier and some of the Gators football team members up close. The open practice comes as the Gators kick-started their training camp on Sunday, July 30, and held their first practice of the 2023 season on Monday, July 31.
