FITT-IIT Delhi, a leading innovation and entrepreneurship center in India, has launched the SPARK program to empower early-stage entrepreneurs. The program aims to ignite their entrepreneurial journey by providing intensive boot camps, online expert sessions, mentorship opportunities, peer support groups, and dynamic learning experiences. The curriculum covers essential aspects of entrepreneurship, including prototype and product development, business strategy, marketing, finance, fundraising, and more. The program also focuses on practical insights and real-world applications to equip the entrepreneurs with skills and knowledge required to launch and scale their startups.
The 12-week program concludes with a pitch competition, where entrepreneurs showcase their startup ideas to esteemed IIT Delhi faculty, judges, and investors. Participants in the program will also have the opportunity to join the coveted FITT-IIT Delhi portfolio and win valuable cash grants to fuel their entrepreneurial journey.
Dr. Anil Wali, Managing Director of FITT, IIT Delhi, emphasized the program’s focus on practical application and collaboration and encouraged participants to launch prototypes and connect with a vibrant startup community. The program’s immersive engagement aims to equip startup founders with the skills needed to launch their startups and leverage time-tested toolkits for startup success.
The eligibility criteria for the program are innovative business ideas with commercialization potential and technology readiness level 2 to 4. Applications for the program are open until June 20, 2023, and aspiring entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply through the provided link.
