Excess Deaths Surpass COVID-19 Toll: Global Silence Raises Alarming Questions
Excess deaths caused by factors other than COVID-19 have surpassed the death toll directly attributed to the virus, leading to concerns about the lack of attention and silence from governments and the mainstream media. This global phenomenon of excess deaths has been largely overlooked despite the significant impact it is having on communities around the world.
In the UK House of Commons, Member of Parliament Andrew Bridgen managed to secure a 30-minute adjourned debate on excess deaths after numerous rejections. To his surprise, the chamber was nearly empty, with only a few MPs present. This lack of interest in a matter affecting their constituents raised eyebrows and highlighted the indifference towards the rise in deaths among the working-age population.
Excess deaths have been observed across all age groups, which is a cause for concern. The British Medical Journal explains that excess deaths are calculated by comparing the current number of deaths to the expected number based on a baseline year. However, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) in the UK used an inflated baseline that included deaths from 2021, distorting the calculation and potentially minimizing the number of excess deaths reported.
This manipulation of data is not isolated to excess deaths. The ONS has also been accused of misrepresenting data on deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status. Professor Norman Fenton from Queen Mary, University of London, coauthored a study revealing the ONS’s systematic miscategorization of vaccine status and the unexpected spikes in all-cause mortality following vaccination.
Another critical failure in data collection is the failure to record deaths referred to the coroner for investigation. This data gap makes it impossible to accurately determine the number of deaths that occurred in 2021, especially among younger age groups where a higher proportion of deaths are investigated. This issue becomes particularly crucial when considering the increase in deaths among children following the authorization of the Pfizer/BioNTech mRNA vaccine for 12-15-year-olds.
During a judicial review, the ONS shockingly refused to disclose anonymized details of the increase in excess deaths for young adolescent males observed in the second half of 2021. This lack of transparency raises concerns about the true impact of these deaths and the potential consequences if deaths referred to the coroner were included.
The deafening silence surrounding excess deaths is deeply troubling. Governments and the mainstream media, once fixated on the daily death toll from COVID-19, seem to have turned a blind eye to the significant number of excess deaths occurring worldwide. It is imperative that we address this issue and understand the true extent of the impact on society. Failure to do so may leave us with a harsh judgment from history.
