They are also trained to provide compassionate and helpful assistance to older adult riders, including helping them get in and out of the vehicle, shopping assistance, accompanying them to doctor’s appointments, and more.
The launch of the all-electric, all-employee service has been made possible through partnerships with Access2Care, a corporate launch partner, and Union Leasing, who have worked with Envoy America to get the fleet on the road.
