Sports company SWMBRD Sports Inc. has announced the engagement of Liam Greenlaw as their new Creative Director. Greenlaw, a self-taught creative director with a successful track record in advertising and television commercial direction, will be working with the company for a period of twelve months. The company has also granted Greenlaw 400,000 restricted share units (RSUs) for the first two months of his term. Afterward, a monthly cash fee of $10,000 will be paid, or additional RSU grants may be agreed upon.
In addition to Greenlaw’s engagement, SWMBRD Sports has also partnered with Ketchum, Killum & Wynn Creative Inc. (KKW Creative), a British Columbia-based company specializing in Shopify development and digital marketing. KKW Creative will be responsible for providing website design, development, and support services to SWMBRD Sports. In consideration for their services, the company has granted KKW Creative 100,000 RSUs.
As part of Greenlaw and KKW Creative’s consulting engagements, SWMBRD Sports has awarded a total of 500,000 RSUs to both parties. Each RSU represents the right to receive one common share in the company once vested. The RSUs and the underlying common shares are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
