Efforts are underway to bring Jammu’s Basohli onto the global tourism map, according to an announcement by an official from the Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Department. Administrative Secretary, Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah, said that the department is committed to promoting Basohli as a major tourist destination. As part of this strategy, the department will address all critical gaps that currently exist for promoting tourism in the area.
