Dubai Smart Police Stations Witness 13% Increase in Transactions in 2023
Dubai’s Smart Police Stations (SPS) experienced a significant surge in transactions submitted by citizens, residents, and visitors, recording a 13 percent rise in 2023 compared to the previous year. The unmanned SPS processed a total of 121,986 transactions, surpassing the 2022 figure of 107,719 smart transactions.
Maj. Gen. Ali Ahmad Ghanim, Director General of Logistic Support and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee for Smart Police Stations, highlighted the diverse array of services offered by the 24/7 SPS. These services include permit requests, assistance with criminal matters, and addressing traffic concerns.
