Digitalisation and sustainability are fundamental to the holistic progress of any organisation, according to the director of the Indian Institute of Management Indore. Addressing the valedictory session of the 13th edition of the Conference on Excellence in Research and Education, Professor Himanshu Rai emphasised the need for organisations and schools to take conscious steps towards digitalisation and sustainability in order to achieve sustainable growth. More than 200 participants attended the event, which featured keynote addresses by leading academics and industry experts. The conference focused on the theme ‘Organisations in Action: Digitalisation and Sustainability in Management Practices’.
