These past two years, our team at Berkeley has been dedicated to developing a cutting-edge drone for the AUVSI SUAS competition. Our focus has been on creating a heavy-lift long-range multirotor drone equipped with autonomous navigation and payload delivery capabilities. Utilizing advanced computer vision algorithms and custom carbon fiber frame components, we have pushed the boundaries of drone technology.
In addition to our main drone development, we have a dedicated first-person view subteam that operates vehicles through live video feeds from onboard cameras. This immersive experience allows for precise control and navigation, enhancing our overall capabilities at the competition.
As we gear up for the upcoming AUVSI SUAS 2023/2024 competition, our team is excited to showcase our hard work and innovation at the Maker Faire. With a strong emphasis on autonomous flight and cutting-edge technology, we are confident in our ability to make a significant impact in the competition.
Our dedication to pushing the boundaries of drone technology and showcasing our skills at competitions like AUVSI SUAS sets us apart as a leader in the field. We continue to strive for excellence and look forward to the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the world of UAVs.
