Delhi Police are on the hunt for a man who made threatening phone calls to the police control room on Wednesday. Sudheer Sharma, a carpenter and resident of Madipur, twice rang the police, first threatening to kill Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar if he was not given Rs 10 crore, and later demanding Rs 2 crore or he would kill Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The police were able to trace the location of the caller and identified Sharma as the culprit, but he was not at home at the time. Sharma’s son confirmed that his father is an alcoholic. The SHO of Paschim Vihar (East) police station and four other officers are on the case to track down the suspect.
