Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has filed a review petition with the Gujarat High Court seeking a re-examination of its order in March that had dismissed an order of the Central Information Commission (CIC) that had directed Gujarat University to reveal “search for information” about Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s educational qualifications. Kejriwal’s review petition pointed out that Modi’s postgraduate degree was not available on the university website or anywhere in the public domain as claimed. On March 31, the Gujarat High Court had overturned the CIC order by ruling that the Prime Minister‘s Office need not furnish the degree and postgraduate degree certificates of Narendra Modi.
