According to passengers on the Delhi-bound flight, they arrived at the airport at 5.30 am in preparation for their journey. After the necessary security checks, they were permitted to board the plane; however, it remained grounded for an excessive period of time. Passengers expressed their dissatisfaction with being kept on the flight unnecessarily and having their luggage re-checked. Airline officials, on the other hand, refuted these claims and cited a rescheduling due to slot changes as the reason for the delayed departure. They denied the rechecking of luggage and affirmed that any passengers who wished to disembark due to the delay were allowed to retrieve their belongings.
