India’s real estate industry is making significant strides towards eco-friendliness, with the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) announcing the development of over 55 green projects across the country. The efforts are in line with the norms of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), with CREDAI seeking concessional interest rates to encourage its members to undertake further environmental initiatives.
