Controversy Over UK Government’s Refusal to Arrest Protestors Chanting ‘Jihad’ in Pro-Palestine Demonstrations

Specialist officers carefully assessed the video footage and consulted with Crown Prosecution Service lawyers, who reached the same conclusion that no offenses had been committed.
Despite this determination, both Home Secretary Suella Braverman and Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer expressed concerns. Braverman emphasized the need to crack down on incitement to hatred or violence, urging the police to take action against any lawbreakers.
