The Congress party has criticized Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for engaging in low-level politics after the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) threatened to skip a key Opposition meeting in Patna. The AAP had said it would boycott the meeting if the Congress refused to give its support against the Centre’s ordinance on administrative services in the national capital. Delhi Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit hit back, saying Kejriwal had been looking for an excuse to avoid the meeting, adding that no-one would miss him if he didn’t attend. This meeting is of the political leaders who are worried for the country, and not of the gamblers, Dikshit said.
