BOULDER, Colo. – In a display of sheer superiority, the No. 20 Colorado women’s basketball team secured an astounding 97-38 victory over Le Moyne on Wednesday night. Building on their previous triumph against No. 1 LSU, the Buffaloes proved why they are a force to be reckoned with this season.

Maddie Nolan and Frida Formann led the scoring charge for Colorado, each tallying 15 points. Aaronette Vonleh also made a significant contribution with a double-double performance. Nolan, a graduate transfer from Michigan, displayed her long-distance shooting skills by sinking 5 out of 7 shots from beyond the arc. Additionally, Sarah-Rose Smith, a senior transfer from Missouri, provided valuable contributions off the bench, adding 10 points to the Buffaloes’ tally.

The Buffaloes capitalized on Le Moyne’s mistakes, capitalizing on 25 turnovers to score an impressive 42 points. Colorado also dominated the boards, finishing the game with a plus-17 rebounding margin. The team exhibited excellent teamwork with 29 assists on 39 baskets.

Le Moyne struggled to find their rhythm throughout the game, shooting a mere 30% overall and only managing to convert 3 of 19 attempts from three-point range. Lytoya Baker was the standout performer for the Dolphins, registering 18 points.
