Neeraj Kumar Singh, the Collector of Narmadapuram in Madhya Pradesh, has stated that the MukhyaMantri Sikho Kamao Yojna will assist young people in choosing their desired professions. The scheme has been proposed by the technical education department, skill development department, and employment department. During the training, participants will receive a stipend every month. As a result, the program will not only provide employment opportunities but also connect participants with self-employment.

Singh instructed district officials to implement the scheme, aiming to engage more young people to establish their own businesses. Individuals aged between 18 and 29 years who live in Madhya Pradesh will be able to participate in the training, with stipends ranging from Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 10,000. Seventy-five percent of this amount will be provided by the state government every month via direct benefit transfer (DBT), while the remaining 25 percent will be deposited into the trainees’ accounts by the training institutions.

If they choose, organizations providing the training may increase the amount of the stipend. The Commissioner explained that the technical education, skill development, and employment departments are collaborating to ensure that participants are connected with suitable employment or entrepreneurship opportunities after completion of the training.

This initiative aims to promote an efficient and skillful workforce, both of which are essential for economic growth. The scheme intends to support young people at a critical juncture in their lives, allowing them to choose the profession that best suits their interests and strengths. Furthermore, the MukhyaMantri Sikho Kamao Yojna, which prioritizes human resource development, aligns with the Indian government’s goal of creating a self-reliant economy.

In conclusion, the efforts made by various departments to execute the MukhyaMantri Sikho Kamao Yojna could result in significant benefits to Madhya Pradesh’s economy. Empowering young people to select desirable professions will encourage professional commitment and personal growth, resulting in beneficial outcomes for both the individual and the nation as a whole.
