Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday for releasing an installment of Rs 1,322 crore for the state. This amount was released under the tax transfer process, and Dhami stated that it would aid in the successful implementation of various development schemes in Uttarakhand. The Chief Minister also thanked Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia for the aerodrome license issued to the Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority for Naini Saini Airport, Pithoragarh, on Monday. This license will strengthen the connectivity of Uttarakhand by offering landing and take-off facilities at Naini Saini Airport, Pithoragarh, for all individuals on equal terms and conditions.
