CISF Constable Dies After Electric Shock in Delhi Bathroom

A 38-year-old CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) constable named Rajiv passed away after slipping in his bathroom at his rented accommodation due to an electric shock in southwest Delhi. The victim hailed from Birar village in Rajasthan’s Jhajjar district. According to a senior police official, the Vasant Kunj South police station received a PCR (Public Call Registration) call from Rajiv on Wednesday, saying that he was injured after slipping in the bathroom at the Nav Shakti apartment in Ghitorni. The victim was taken to Safdarjung Hospital, where he was declared brought dead after being admitted with a history of electric shock at home. The CISF constable is survived by his wife and two children. The post-mortem has been conducted, and further legal proceedings are underway.
