Lul Tim Cleared of Charges in King Von Murder Case

In a surprising turn of events, charges against Timothy Leeks, also known as Lul Tim, have been dropped in the murder case of rapper King Von. Lul Tim’s attorney, Noah Pines, confirmed the news, stating that the case against his client was dismissed prior to being indicted.

The incident in question occurred on November 6, 2020, outside the Monaco Hookah Lounge in downtown Atlanta. A fight broke out between King Von’s group and another group, including Lul Tim and rapper Quando Rondo. The altercation escalated into a shooting, resulting in six people being shot, three of whom died from their injuries. King Von was among the deceased victims.

Lul Tim was initially arrested and charged with felony murder in connection with King Von’s death. However, after spending several months in Fulton County Jail, he was released on a $100,000 bond in March 2021. While the charges related to King Von’s murder have been dropped, Lul Tim still faces other pending charges, including drug and traffic offenses stemming from a high-speed car chase with the police in October 2022.

News of Lul Tim’s cleared charges has sparked various reactions, particularly from those close to King Von. Asian Doll, King Von’s girlfriend, took to Twitter to express her thoughts, implying that the police were responsible for the rapper’s death. Similarly, members of King Von’s family vented their frustrations on Instagram Live, questioning why prosecutors did not inform them first about the dropped charges.

This development has left many speculating about the circumstances surrounding King Von’s untimely death and the events leading up to the shooting. While Lul Tim may no longer face legal consequences in this particular case, the investigation and search for justice continue.

As the news spreads, it remains to be seen how it will impact the ongoing discussions surrounding rap feuds, violence within the industry, and the larger issue of gun violence in society. The conclusion of this legal chapter brings both relief and further questions for those affected by the tragic loss of King Von.
