Brown will work closely with the company’s investors and Fortune 100 partners to identify promising intellectual property for spinout. With experience in identifying and financing innovative ventures, Brown is well-suited for this position.

As a former Marine Corps veteran and accomplished executive, Brown brings a unique set of skills and leadership qualities to the role. Prior to joining Catalyze, Brown served as the Director of Investor Relations at Pickering Energy Partners, where he cultivated strong relationships with family offices, multi-family offices, and high net worth investors. He also worked as the Managing Director at Cushing Asset Management, successfully raising over $2 billion across various funds. Brown began his civilian career as an energy investment banking analyst for Bank of America Merrill Lynch after completing four years of service in the United States Marine Corps. During his military service, Brown received commendations and a Purple Heart for his actions during combat operations in Iraq. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Southern Methodist University.
