Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed officials to ensure every needy person without a home is included in the government’s housing scheme, according to a press release. At a public meeting on Sunday, Adityanath called on officials to tackle the issue of land-grabbing and work promptly to address people’s concerns. Adityanath also listened to the problems of approximately 400 people, one of whom explained that she had nowhere to live. Adityanath responded by instructing the District Magistrate to provide housing for her under the government’s housing scheme. The chief minister also discussed issues related to medical treatment and education and encouraged children present to study.
