BJP’s Influence Decreasing Across India, Tamil Nadu CM Stalin Says

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has said that the Bharatiya Janata Party‘s (BJP) influence is reducing across the country. Speaking at a party function in Salem, he added that the BJP may announce the Parliament elections earlier due to the loss it faced in Karnataka. Stalin has also requested Union Home Minister Amit Shah to release a list of special schemes dedicated to Tamil Nadu by the Centre. The meeting of the top Opposition leaders convened by Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, aimed at laying the groundwork for coming together against the BJP government, was originally scheduled to be held on June 12, but it has now been postponed to June 23.
