Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel launched a scathing attack on BJP national president JP Nadda, stating that nobody takes him seriously, including his own party. Baghel accused Nadda of leading the party to defeat in his own state and in Karnataka, and questioned who elected him as the party president in the first place. He also took exception to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Mohabbat Ki Dukan slogan, stating that wherever Gandhi goes, he speaks about love and unity, which seems to trouble the BJP. Baghel further alleged that the BJP cannot achieve its interests unless people of two communities, religions, or brothers fight against each other. He also criticized the BJP government at the centre for doing only ornamental improvements in railways, which resulted in common people facing serious problems due to the stoppage of around 24 trains in Chhattisgarh.
