The award, presented by Proptech Association Australia, recognizes Archistar’s outstanding contribution to the property technology sector.
Judged by a panel of 50 experts, the award is the only nationally recognized accolade for Australia’s booming proptech industry, representing over 600 businesses. Archistar’s holistic tool aids the entire property planning and development process, providing users with extensive information about potential sites while ensuring adherence to local regulations and standards through the use of artificial intelligence.
One of the platform’s key features is its CAD and 3D modeling functionality, allowing designers to generate hundreds of design options and analyze factors such as floorplates, dwelling mix, sunlight, shadowing, and other design elements. It also includes budgeting tools to assess the commercial viability of a development, streamlining the traditional due diligence process for property professionals.
The Most Innovative Proptech award adds to Archistar’s growing list of accolades, including the National Proptech of the Year award in the PEXA PropTech Hub WA Awards and the 3-D Modelling Solution of the Year award in the Proptech Breakthrough Awards, both received in 2022.
In addition to these awards, Archistar recently ranked 80th in the Financial Times’ Top 500 High-Growth Companies Asia Pacific in 2023. Furthermore, Dr. Benjamin Coorey, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Archistar, was ranked 29th in the 2023 Business News Australia’s Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs.
