Ayodhya undergoes civic transformation with waste management and multi-level parking

The city of Ayodhya in northern India is undergoing a transformation, with its municipal corporation and district administration working to renovate the historic city, which is slated to become home to the new Lord Ram Temple. Several projects aimed at improving the city’s waste management and parking systems are underway, including the installation of numerous sewage treatment plants and the cessation of all liquid waste disposal into the Saryu River. Additionally, a multi-level parking structure is being built with the aim of relieving traffic congestion caused by parked vehicles. Finally, Kaushalya Sadan, a new center for destitute women and children, is also being constructed as part of the authorities’ efforts to improve the city’s infrastructure.
