Mr. Saikia plans to make various clusters of a particular type of tree in Khumtai and provide cash prizes to the winners. The initiative aims to create a culture of environmental responsibility within the community, with Mr. Saikia previously organizing a clean village competition in his constituency and distributing prizes.
