Arsenal have been quite active in the summer transfer window so far, and they show no signs of slowing down. With the signings of Kai Havertz, Declan Rice, and Jurrien Timber already confirmed, the Gunners are looking to make a few more additions to their squad.

According to reports, Mikel Arteta is keen to bring in Southampton starlet Roméo Lavia to bolster their options in midfield. However, this move may depend on the future of Thomas Partey at the Emirates Stadium. It is understood that Arsenal would be open to selling Partey if the right offer comes in. The Ghanaian midfielder has been linked with teams in Italy and Saudi Arabia, but no formal offers have been made as of now.

Another position that Arsenal are looking to strengthen is the right wing, where they are in need of quality cover for Bukayo Saka. One name that has consistently been linked with the Gunners is Moussa Diaby from Bayer Leverkusen. Diaby, like Saka, is a left-footed right-winger with plenty of pace, making him an ideal fit for Arteta’s style of play.

In terms of departures, it seems that one of the young strikers, Folarin Balogun or Eddie Nketiah, could be on their way out. It is believed that Balogun has attracted interest from RB Leipzig and other European teams, and Arsenal could be open to selling him if the right fee is offered.

The Gunners have already made some significant moves in the transfer market, and their business certainly doesn’t seem to be complete. While they have brought in some exciting talents, they are also looking to strengthen key positions and make the necessary adjustments to their squad.

As the transfer window progresses, it will be interesting to see how Arsenal further shape their squad for the upcoming season. The potential signings of Roméo Lavia and Moussa Diaby could provide additional depth and quality to the team, while the departure of either Balogun or Nketiah could allow the young striker to get more playing time elsewhere.

Fans will be eagerly watching as Arsenal continue to work on their squad, hoping that these additions will make a positive impact and help the team compete at the highest level.
