Four individuals, including a woman, have been apprehended by the police in connection with a robbery case in the Shahadra district in India. The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Rohit Meena, confirmed that Deepak, Ashu Balyan, Rajender Kumar, and Rachna were arrested for allegedly robbing a couple of 40 lakh rupees and jewelry at gunpoint in the jurisdiction of the Jagatpuri police station. The incident was reported after the victim lodged a complaint, stating that three individuals brandishing a gun had entered his residence and taken him and his wife hostage. The robbers then proceeded to tie up the couple and stole their cash and gold jewelry.
Authorities launched an investigation and registered a case under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and Arms Act. CCTV footage revealed the presence of three individuals, including a woman, arriving at the scene on scooters. Utilizing this information, the suspects were identified and subsequently arrested.
