Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Criticizes TDP and JSP

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has dismissed the threat posed by opposition parties TDP and Jana Sena in the upcoming elections. Speaking at a public meeting in Krishna district, Reddy stated that these parties do not have enough candidates to contest in all 175 Assembly constituencies. He also criticised the opposition parties for relying on false promises and malicious campaigning with the support of friendly media. Reddy emphasised that the politics of the ruling YSRCP is linked with the people, adding that the party will take on the political wolves alone in the coming election. The Chief Minister also mocked TDP National President N Chandrababu Naidu’s appeals to the public for another chance, stating that Naidu has no morality to seek votes after opposing the distribution of house sites to the poor in the CRDA region. Reddy highlighted the state government’s expenditure of Rs. 2.16 lakh crore on various welfare schemes in the last four years, bringing revolutionary changes to most sectors.
