During her tenure, Watson was instrumental in pioneering the emergence of Technology PI as a distinct insurance line and played a pivotal role in crafting an innovative rating tool.
Her impactful journey continued at Liberty Mutual, where she assumed roles as Senior Underwriter and Deputy, contributing significantly to the Strategic Assets team and playing a pivotal role in incubating Technology PI. XL also bears her footprint, with her leadership aptitude prompting her selection for a secondment to Singapore. During her tenure there, Watson played a vital role in extending Professional Indemnity and Cyber coverage across the Asian market.
Watson’s prowess is not limited to international giants; she has left her mark at AVIVA and Willis as well. At AVIVA, she served as a Senior Underwriter, propelling new business development and fostering a strong liaison with government regulators. Willis witnessed her as an adept Account Executive, engaging major accounts, conducting astute claims analyses, and introducing pioneering seminars on emerging risks for clients. Her client-centric ethos and organizational finesse earned her a prominent role during a six-month secondment to Australia, where she played a pivotal role in shaping novel business lines.
