Akhilesh warns BJP against violating election mandate

Samajwadi Party (SP) President Akhilesh Yadav has warned the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that the public will not tolerate playing with the mandate given by them. In a statement issued on Tuesday, Akhilesh stated that the BJP is intent on destroying India’s economy, social harmony, and democracy since coming to power. He added that SP is taking the upcoming Lok Sabha elections very seriously and working to strengthen their party organization to the booth level while making party workers aware of BJP’s conspiracies and election gimmicks through training camps. Akhilesh condemned the discrimination against backwards, Dalits, and minorities in the BJP-ruled government. He also pointed out the destruction of the remarkable development works during the SP government, such as electricity, roads, cleaning of rivers, and the large plantations along with beautification of major places. He added that BJP has done nothing except harassing the public. Farmers, youth, businessmen, and teachers are all worried. Law and order has completely collapsed. Akhilesh said that the public is upset and angry due to the BJP’s government and administrative harassment. He added that the character and face of the BJP government has now got exposed in front of the public. Akhilesh called for party workers to defeat BJP in all the 80 Lok Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh (UP) to save the Constitution and democracy. The upcoming Lok Sabha elections are scheduled for next year.
