Air India has assured it will provide full cooperation with investigations after a passenger aboard a Mumbai-Delhi flight was caught defecating and urinating on the plane. In an official statement, Air India said it has a zero-tolerance policy on unacceptable behavior. The passenger, who works as a chef in Africa, was arrested on arrival in Delhi and an FIR was filed. The captain of the flight had issued a verbal warning to the passenger after crew members had seen the misconduct. Fellow passengers were incensed and agitated by the behavior.
