Alexsander Cosic, a resident of North Lakes, was on his way home from work when the truck he was traveling in veered off the road and crashed into a dam in the Sunshine Coast region. Alexsander, who was the owner of a local business called A & D Earthmoving, was a passenger in a tip-truck carrying heavy earth-moving equipment when the accident occurred in West Woombye. According to Queensland Police, the truck suddenly veered off the road and crashed. Emergency services rushed to the scene, but sadly, Alexsander was pronounced dead upon their arrival. The 27-year-old male driver, however, was transported to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and is in a stable condition.
