Indian MarTech company AdGlobal360 (AGL) has secured a contract to manage the hyperlocal marketing of Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) across the country. The partnership will cover 3,400 MSIL outlets, with the offering first launched in 2018. AGL has previously handled dealer marketing operations in northern, eastern and central India, while another agency managed the remainder of the country. Maruti Suzuki’s hyperlocal marketing strategy has proved successful at boosting the company’s digital presence in addition to underpinning lead and customer management. Digital leads evolved from the programme constitute around 30% of the company’s car sales.
