Young riders of the Honda Racing India team have impressed spectators with their racing prowess in round 1 of the 2023 IDEMITSU Honda India Talent Cup NSF250R at Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore. In the first race, Chennai’s Kavin Quintal took the lead, securing 1st position, followed by Mohsin P and Rakshith S Dave in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. In the second race, Kavin Quintal remained the leader, with Rakshith S Dave and Prakash Kamat following in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. Whilst two riders – Beedani Ravinder and AS James – failed to finish the race, Kavin Quintal drew on his previous racing experience and international lessons to emerge victorious with a total lap time of 12:24.983 in race 1. He continued to dominate in race 2, clinching the best lap time and finishing at 1st position. The Honda Racing India team has set the stage for an electrifying racing season ahead.
