Man from Gujarat Arrested for Impersonating IAS Officer

A man from Gujarat, India, has been arrested for posing as a senior IAS officer on the Truecaller App. Sudhakar Pandey, also known as Avinash Pandey and Sadar Isam, had taken on a false identity to secure employment for his relatives in reputed companies. The Ahmedabad Cyber Crime Cell was tipped off and apprehended Pandey, who admitted to using the app to falsify his identity and research contact details for prominent companies. He was able to recommend his relatives for jobs, securing interviews and placements without the companies realizing he was posing as someone else. Pandey now faces charges for his involvement in this cybercrime.
