Arrest Made in Grisly Case: Suspect in 11-Year-Old’s Murder Found, Linked by DNA
An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the sexual assault and murder of an 11-year-old girl in Pasadena, Texas. The suspect allegedly hid the victim’s body under her bed in her family’s suburban Houston apartment. When Carmelo returned home, he conducted a thorough search and tragically found his daughter’s lifeless body wrapped in a trash bag and placed inside a laundry basket beneath her bed. Authorities later revealed that the young girl had been sexually assaulted and strangled to death.
