Drivers are experiencing significant rush-hour delays on the A406 North Circular Road following a major crash involving three vehicles. The incident occurred shortly before 4pm this afternoon, Friday, August 18. The crash has resulted in the closure of the A406 North Circular in Walthamstow at Crooked Billet Interchange near A112 Chingford Road.
