Police in Warrington, Cheshire, are on the hunt for a man who allegedly offered two young boys a substantial amount of cash in exchange for kicking him in the groin. The incident occurred last month when the suspect approached the boys, both under the age of 10, and handed them a significant sum of money. Four days later, he repeated his disturbing request, this time explicitly asking the boys to kick him in the groin in return for payment.
According to authorities, the unidentified suspect is described as a white male, approximately 60 years old, with gray, short, straight hair, and a clean-shaven face. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket and jeans, and his vehicle has been described as a large black vehicle. The police were alerted to these suspicious activities and cash offers to children in the Vulcan Close area.
To aid their investigations, detectives have released two CCTV images of the man and are appealing for anyone who recognizes him to come forward. Detective Constable Danielle Taylor has emphasized the importance of gathering any information that could assist the case. She urged witnesses or anyone with knowledge of the man’s identity to contact the authorities.
The behavior of this male is concerning, DC Taylor stated in a previous appeal for information.
