Train services have resumed on the affected section in Odisha’s Balasore after a triple train accident occurred on June 2. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has stated that their goal is to ensure the missing persons’ family members can find their loved ones as soon as possible following this horrific incident. He added that their responsibility is not over yet. Repair works on the damaged tracks started soon after Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave instructions to that effect. Over 1,000 workers were then deployed for restorations, and more than 7 Poclain Machines, two Accident Relief Trains, and 3-4 Railway and Road Cranes were used. The Railway Minister also waved at the crew of a goods train and prayed for a safe journey. The triple train accident involved the Bengaluru-Howrah Superfast Express, Coromandel Express, and a goods train on three separate tracks at Bahanaga Bazar Station in the Balasore district.
