Park Lawn Corporation Expands Ontario Presence with Acquisition of Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, Canada

Park Lawn Corporation (PLC) has acquired the assets of Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home Limited, a funeral home business in Sutton, Ontario. This acquisition strengthens PLC’s presence in Ontario and its position in the growing market north of Toronto. Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home, which has been serving the community since the late 1880s, will continue its operations under the partnership with PLC. The former owners, Greg and Carole Forrest, expressed their excitement about joining the Park Lawn family and providing exceptional service. PLC’s CEO, J. Bradley Green, welcomed the addition of Forrest & Taylor to their portfolio and highlighted the company’s commitment to expanding in Ontario. The acquisition was financed with cash on hand and funds from PLC’s credit facility. PLC expects the acquisition to add approximately CAD$338,647 in Adjusted EBITDA annually.
