The capital city of Bihar, Patna, is set to host a two-day meeting of the G20 on June 22-23, with about 150 delegates expected to take part in the Labour Engagement Group meeting. Ahead of the event, delegates are planning to take a visit to the modern Bihar Museum the day before on June 21. The event will be held at the Samrat Ashok Convention Centre near Gandhi Maidan, and delegates will also enjoy a cultural program at Bapu Sabhagar on the same premises. Further meetings will take place on June 23 in the city. The Bihar art and culture department will be responsible for hosting the event. Patna is a historic city dating back to the Mauryan Empire and will play host to over 200 meetings in 55 locations over the course of India’s year-long presidency of the G20.
