Rapid disembarkation is a precautionary egress from the aircraft in situations assessed by crew members as deviating from normal conditions but not posing an immediate threat to passengers and crew members on board. Passengers and crew members are instructed to leave all their belongings on board unless instructed otherwise. Crew members’ instructions for rapid disembarkation will be different from those used for evacuation.
