Adesso, a European IT consulting firm, is expanding its international presence with the establishment of a delivery center in India. The company has acquired Trieste Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, which is based in the state of Kerala and has around 20 employees. Adesso India will become the company’s first delivery center outside Europe, enabling it to enhance its global delivery capabilities and become a more attractive partner for clients seeking digitalization services across various industries. Adesso India’s team already serves clients in insurance, manufacturing, automotive, banking, and energy industries in areas such as IT consulting, software and product development, cloud computing, process automation, testing, and managed services. Pramod Murali Dharan, who has two decades of experience in the IT industry, has been appointed Managing Director of the new delivery center, tasked with overseeing both strategic and operational management of the operation. Shali Hassan from Kerala has been appointed Co-Managing Director, and the company plans to rapidly expand the Indian team in other locations.
