During a felicitation program organized to honour merit students of classes X and XII, Chouhan revealed that this time, a record 53 candidates from the state cracked Union Public Service Exam. He also added that the figure increased to 53 this year from 38 and 39 the previous years. The chief minister believes that the students’ success will inspire more students in the state to join civil services. In addition, the Chief Minister advised the successful candidates to focus on a meaningful life, saying their service is meant for society and the nation. He also encouraged them never to let arrogance overpower them and to always have patience while performing their duties.
