He also mentioned the importance of enhancing air connectivity and constructing heliports to improve accessibility for tourists. The Chief Minister assured potential investors that the state government is committed to providing speedy approvals and creating a conducive environment for investment in the tourism sector. Furthermore, Sukhu underscored the government’s dedication to ensuring the safety of tourists, citing recent efforts to evacuate stranded individuals during heavy rains and floods. The Himachal Pavilion, inaugurated by the Chief Minister, showcased the state’s cultural and culinary offerings. In addition, the Vice Chairman of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation outlined the government’s upcoming projects to boost tourism, particularly in the Kangra district. The Chief Minister concluded by holding fruitful discussions with members of the Indian Expo Mart Ltd and the hotel industry on ways to promote tourism in the state.
