The Congress party has presented a unified front after a meeting between Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, former Deputy Sachin Pilot, party chief Mallikarjun Kharge and senior leader Rahul Gandhi. The leaders have agreed to contest the upcoming Rajasthan Assembly elections jointly, with Venugopal, the party General Secretary, affirming that both leaders agreed to work together and definitely we will win in Rajasthan. Despite Gehlot and Pilot directing verbal attacks at each other in recent months, the acceptance of the unity proposal has given the party a much-needed boost ahead of crucial Assembly polls this year.
